  • (CL05) –Consumer Marketplace Lending: Market leaders address opportunities in the multi-trillion-dollar consumer loan market including: student loans, auto loans, residential real estate and others.
  • (CL 6) – Small Business Marketplace Lending: How are small-business loans being structured in the marketplace lending ecosystem? Receivables, Invoice, Purchase Order Financing, Inventory & Small Business Lending.
  • (CL07) – Cross-Border Marketplace Lending Opportunities: What is the status of marketplace lending globally – and, how are marketplace lenders growing market-share in new and untapped markets in South and Central America, Europe, Africa and Asia?
  • (CL08) – Legal and Regulatory Roundtable: Whether as a stand-alone marketplace lending platform, or in partnership with incumbent banks, the regulators are on the case. An update on developments at the CFPB, Comptroller of Currency, and other legal and regulatory issues affecting marketplace lenders.

Upon request conference attendees will be provided with a “Certificate of Attendance” and a copy of the conference agenda, showing topics, length of sessions, and name(s) and professional affiliation(s) of presenter(s) for each session. Attendees wishing to apply for continuing education credits for attending this conference may submit this documentation to the relevant organization in his/her state when applying for such credits.
