 iiBIG and our sister-company, the Cloud Computing Association (CCA), are pleased to announce that our 3rd ANNUAL Marketplace CLOUD LENDING SUMMIT & EXPO will be held in Washington, DC on February 15, 2018 at the Embassy Row Hotel (at Dupont Circle).

Cloud-based MARKETPLACE LENDING is a maturing and increasingly competitive enterprise, taking its place alongside of, and increasingly, in the form of Bank/FinTech partnerships. This conference offers participants an opportunity to learn about the latest developments and challenges in this industry; and, as one of the first marketplace lending events in the new year, attendees will have the opportunity to make new connections, solidify existing relationships, and to anticipate the business development opportunities in the year ahead.

  • (CL02) – “Fintegration:” Bank/Fintech Partnerships Roundtable: Representatives from incumbent banks, marketplace lenders and other fintechs discuss the trend toward forming partnerships to grow market-share. What are the pros and cons of the various models, including partnerships, acquisitions, building platforms in-house vs.co-development deals?
  • (CL03) – Loan Origination, Servicing & Collection Solutions for Marketplace Lenders: Insights on the latest from the marketplace lending food chain.
  • (CL04) – Feeding the Beast: A roundtable discussion with Securitization leaders; Institutional Investors; Hedge funds, Family Offices; and secondary market players on meeting the demands of consumer and business borrowers
  • (CL05) –Consumer Marketplace Lending: Market leaders address opportunities in the multi-trillion-dollar consumer loan market including: student loans, auto loans, residential real estate and others.
  • (CL 6) – Small Business Marketplace Lending: How are small-business loans being structured in the marketplace lending ecosystem? Receivables, Invoice, Purchase Order Financing, Inventory & Small Business Lending.
  • (CL07) – Cross-Border Marketplace Lending Opportunities: What is the status of marketplace lending globally – and, how are marketplace lenders growing market-share in new and untapped markets in South and Central America, Europe, Africa and Asia?
  • (CL08) – Legal and Regulatory Roundtable: Whether as a stand-alone marketplace lending platform, or in partnership with incumbent banks, the regulators are on the case. An update on developments at the CFPB, Comptroller of Currency, and other legal and regulatory issues affecting marketplace lenders.

Continuing Education Credits (e.g. CLE, CPE, CME, etc.) may be available for iiBIG conferences. Upon request conference attendees will be provided with a “Certificate of Attendance” and a copy of the conference agenda, showing topics, length of sessions, and name(s) and professional affiliation(s) of presenter(s) for each session. Attendees wishing to apply for continuing education credits for attending this conference may submit this documentation to the relevant organization in his/her state when applying for such credits.
