Patrick Warfield is an attorney located in the Nashville, Tennessee office of Burr & Forman, LLP and is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy service group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, out-of-court workouts, landlord-tenant disputes, creditors’ rights matters, and other related insolvency issues. Patrick is routinely engaged by banks, financial institutions, secured and unsecured lenders, trade creditors, and secondary debt purchasers to assist them through the complex legal and regulatory landscapes. In representing his clients, Patrick often: restructures troubled credit facilities; assists with the buying and selling of distressed assets and commercial paper; and represents creditors in bankruptcy cases across the country, as well as debtor-creditor litigation in both state and federal courts.
