Jenna Delaney is a Senior Energy Analyst for Platts Analytics, a unit of S&P Global Platts, where she focuses on supply and demand for crude oil, transportation economics, and price fundamentals. She oversees supply and demand modeling for the North American crude oil market, as well as providing rapid analysis of the weekly and monthly EIA data. Her analysis focuses primarily on the region’s rapidly changing infrastructure, particularly on modeling of pipeline and rail flows of crude oil. Prior to joining Platts Analytics, Jenna worked at Musket Corporation, where she assessed risk for both physical and basis trade books, evaluated proposed capital expenditures for the Business Development group, scheduled unit trains, and wrote a daily assessment on moves in the crude oil markets. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
