Michael R. Wright is a Partner in PwC’s Advisory Service practice with over 18 years combined industry and consulting experience, specializing in Pre-Deal diligence for both buy and sell side support and post merger integration or separation. He has a particular focus on helping clients in managing complex transactions. Michael’s expertise resides in leveraging his ability to quickly assess a situation to drive clients in developing the synergy targets and related functional plans to execute those complex transactions. Michael’s M&A experience includes advising clients on the identification of critical deal issues in a diligence environment and the analytical justification for post-merger tactical plans to execute on integration objectives. He has worked extensively with both Strategic and Private Equity buyers across critical value streams in the transaction. Michael has worked on over 500 transactions over the course of his career.
