Singleton Cox is a Director, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for DaVita Inc., a provider of dialysis services and care to patients suffering from kidney failure. As a key member of DaVita’s M&A team, Singleton leads transactions and business development in the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast as well as for selected strategic business initiatives across the US. She also led acquisitions for DaVita in its initial 3 years of expansion into Europe. Prior to DaVita, Singleton worked at Duestche Back (DB) as a health care investment banker focused on development staged med-tech and biotech companies. She was also a senior portfolio manager in the DB U.S. Equity Index Fund Group. Ms. Cox advises Qidni Labs, a medical device company in the early stages of developing a wearable dialysis device. Singleton is also currently a Trustee on the Board of Blair Academy and chaired the DB Family Academy School Partnership. Singleton earned her MBA in Finance from Boston College where she was the recipient of a Wall Street Executive Fellows full-tuition scholarship and received her BA from Pitzer College (member of the Claremont Colleges) in Political Economy.
