Wes Pass is with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s National For-Profit Healthcare group headquartered in Nashville, TN. This team provides an unmatched depth of corporate financial advice in addition to the delivery of credit, cash management, and capital markets solutions to investor owned healthcare companies. Previously, Wes was a combat arms officer in the United States Marine Corps, having served multiple combat deployments around the world to include deployments to Iraq in 2004, 2005-2006. Wes is a board member and vice chairman of Leadership Healthcare, a division of the Nashville Healthcare Council, whose goal is the continued economic growth and social connectivity of the healthcare community to create a more effective and efficient healthcare model. He is also a board member and secretary for the Military Services Division of Centerstone Behavioral Health, a non-profit behavioral health company dedicated to eliminating veteran suicide and helping support this population’s mental health so they can lead happy and productive lives. In addition, he is a board member of Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital (Monroe Carell Jr), one of the nation’s most recognized pediatric hospitals.
